Dim Sum Volume

The volume and loudness level of the surrounding environment in a public setting such as a restaurant. Usually result in irritation after a prolonged attempt to engage in any conversation over a very loud environment.
At the Dim Sum restaurant, it is so crowded and loud in there one cannot hear what their own table is trying to say when engaged in a conversation.

"What did you say? I can't hear you, it's like DIM SUM Volume up in this place"
