Bragging about/feeling superior due to one’s victim status/shitty situation, often times while exaggerating the extent of one’s victim-ness
“I only got six hours of sleep last night, I’m so tired”
“Omg you’re tired? I only got two hours last night and three the night before! Yet here I am anyway”
“Dude, quit victim bragging. We can both be tired”

"A black man got the job instead of me (a Victim-American) just because of affirmitive action. It's not fair."
"It's not my fault I'm gay (a Victim-American), I was born this way. It's not fair that the government won't let me get married."
"Why get a job? I have 3 kids by 3 different baby daddies (a Victim-American), it's easier to collect welfare and live in section 8 housing than it is to work. The government owes me."

Get the Victim-American mug.Related Words
When the victim of an event is blamed, or partially blamed, for their own attack. Mainly used in context with rape, domestic abuse, sexual harassment and sexual assault, but can be applied to other situations. It wrongly shifts blame from the guilty party onto the victim, and therefore doesn't (or makes it more difficult to) punish the one truly at fault. The term was popularized by the SlutWalk movement, which started after a Canadian police officer advised female students to "avoid dressing like sluts" in order to avoid being victimized.
Person#1: "I know being raped is bad and all, but she was flirting with him the whole night, and wearing that low-cut shirt. What'd she expect?"
Person#2: "Dude, sex has NOTHING to do with rape. It's all about power. And even if it did, flirting and wearing a low-cut top doesn't mean she was asking to be attacked like that. So, why don't you quit the victim shaming and admit what that guy did was wrong."

Get the Victim Shaming mug.Victim blaming is blaming the victim for a crime they didn't commit. Victim blaming is being blamed for somebody else's actions.
Think of victim blaming as when someone's raped, they (police, judge, counselor, whoever) always ask the victim what they were wearing, how they were wearing it, etc.

Get the victim blaming mug.1. A person who feels the need to bully others because they themselves were bullied or hurt.
2. A person who uses pity or intimidation to get what they want (SJWs are a perfect example of this). They would use name calling, slander or lie to antagonize the other party. Victim-bullies twist a story around to get someone else in trouble or make them look bad in some way. Some of them would take serious issues (such as gender inequality in the Middle East/Asia) and make them seem minuscule in comparison to their own personal problems, making the story all about them.

Dude: I can't believe that fucking feminist Youtuber. She false flagged my video for "bullying," because I was talking about how SJWs need to stop making up this patriarchy bullshit. Then she had the nerve to leave a comment saying I'm a chauvinistic pig who needs to kill myself.
Dude's Friend: What the fuck, man? She sounds like a victim-bully.

Get the victim-bully mug.A clever way of calling somebody morbidly obese. Typically, this person would be unhealthily overweight and would order a lot of big food items at fast food restaurants, then would precede eat it all, probably with enough room for dessert.
This term was coined back in 2006 on MTV2's Wonder Showzen during the episode "Body". Letter P was morbidly obese and remarked, "I'm not fat, I'm merely a victim of deliciousness" when Chauncey and the gang were calling her names related with her obesity.

Fat Ass Customer - I would like 2 double Quarter Pounders, a large fry, large drink, and how about a couple of McDoubles too.
Clerk - Feeding a family tonight, huh?
Fat Ass Customer - Nah, I'm pretty hungry tonight.
Clerk - You're quite the victim of deliciousness, aren't you.
Fat Ass Customer - Huh?
Clerk - Nothing. That will be $16.22, please.

Get the Victim of Deliciousness mug.1. An easily triggered person, even without the intent of offending them. This is either a person with unresolved mental baggage from previous offenses or a person, who is spoiled/unaware to the point of expectation of special treatment in form of courtesy and spending your time/resources on them in excess of basic decency.
2. Projecting oneself onto one's perceptions and interpretations of already fairly vague (and subject to interpretation) historic generalizations or statistics, especially when one has close to none personal involvement in them, and then using it to justify own specific actions. For example: "women have been sexually objectified" therefore I have a right to slap men's butts as they've been "loaning this right" for millennia.
3. Similar to 2. but a lot more cherry picking and ignorant to one's position/not self-aware. For example when a relatively safe and wealthy first world country person - anywhere from the lower middle class or higher - is complaining about being an oppressed minority, while not really being either a minority nor abused nor as 'systematically and unfairly limited' as they claim to be, in fact, it's likely to be, in some ways, the opposite and they're just an overly egotistical individual.
4. The term could also be used to ridicule - by abusers for the sake of promoting normalization of their former abuses and ignorant normies - their ignorance of witnessing abuse.
