Telomeres are the ends of chromosomes. They consist of repetitive sequences that vary in length between species and individuals. With each cell division, telomeres shorten due to oxidative stress and the inability of DNA polymerase to fully replicate them (end replication problem). Several means to lengthen telomeres have been observed; in humans, two methods exist: the telomerase enzyme and the recombination-based alternative lengthening of telomeres (ALT). Telomeres play a significant role in cancer development and stem cell aging.

90% of cancers activate telomerase as a telomere maintenance mechanism.

The origin is Dow Chemical's Teflon that is applied to frying pans to keep food from sticking. Ronald Reagan was known as the "Teflon President" because no one could get any scandal to stick to him.

OM TELOLET OM

Direcly translated to "Sir, Honk the horn sir" is phrase used by Indonesian, mainly children to ask bus driver to honk their bus’s Horn. They often ask bus driver to do so because they love the loud-funny sound of the bus’s horn. This phrase consists of two words, "Om" and "telolet". In bahasa Indonesia, Om means uncle, sir, or call-name for grown-up male, and "telolet" represents the sound of the bus’s horn.
originally used for kids entertaiment whenever a bus passing by. but recently becoming internet meme by leaving the phrase in the comment section of a post. even when the post have nothing to do with a bus.

Argentinian slang for "motel", a place where you rent a room for a short period of time (could be hours) to fuck with someone or more people.
Some rooms have jacuzzis, scotish showers, sex-related items such as modified chairs and stuff, everything depends on the price.

Also called "hotel alojamiento" or "albergue transitorio".
