A 'skeepter' is someone who you dislike and is a word generally used to describe people who annoy you. It is commonly used as a descriptor of people who make you want to leave a particular conversation.

Person 1: Dang, that person is a real skeepter.
Person 2: Yeah I agree there are way too many skeepters here, we should leave.
