Meddlery

Meddle x Foolery. Particularly for when you can't decide on which word to use- why compromise? Maybe you were writing a Global History paper and tried to use it in a sentence, but were only met by a red squiggly underline; which caused you to think, 'This ought to be a word.'

Also: A general term for nonsense. Your friends will dearly appreciate your wit when you use this word in conversation. No promises though.

Western meddlery in Vietnam was so wack. What's so bad about Commies in power in a country that's not even yours anyways?
Sandra reacted so poorly when she heard about our plan to sling handfuls of compost at Debbie on her walk home later that afternoon. She chewed us out for 15 minutes, and worse, she alerted Debbie immediately! Some real fuckin meddlery. I think they're besties. Our hiding spot was so well-picked, too.

meddlement

Used as a replacement term for a person/group of people that can't actually 'manage' anything that matters: instead of focusing on what's important, they meddle.

Meddlement shows up and gives you busy work (diverting you from actual productivity) when you're trying to fix things. They bitched about something, though, so they earned their paycheck!

When an ok looking girl goes out with a guy and then when he breaks up with her she turns ugly and psychotic. This was named after a high school student that had to get a restraining order from his crazy ex-girlfriend.

A place where teachers are doing everything they can to get their students to learn, but the administration as well as the district keep meddling in their daily instruction by insisting on implementing their strategy du jour.

Mr. Brown could probably get his kids to learn something if he didn't work at a meddle school where he has to constantly try out new learning strategies on his students.
