Creeper

A type of creature often seen in the In Development game, Minecraft. Similar to a suicide bomber but this creature lures prey into its line of fire by frowning and looking generaly sad. People fooled by this act soon are blow to millions of tiny bits as the creeper explodes. The creeper earned its name for its ability to swiftly sneak up on an unsuspecting player and quickly kill them, destroy their construction, and leave them exposed to more powerful monsters.

Creeper Cake

A phrase used by drama-prone, annoying teenage girls to describe birthday wishes from Facebook friends with whom they do not regularly interact.

Annoying girl: "ZOMG! I got so much creeper cake on my birthday!!!!!!!1111! So many creepers on my profile!!!!!1111!!

Everyone else: "People don't have to creep your profile to see that it's your birthday. If you're on their list, it pops up in their feed. They say 'Happy Birthday' and move on with their lives. Get over yourself, you annoying bitch."

crepe hanger

In days of old when the dead were laid out in the parlour of the family home, people, either out of respect or superstition, draped all the mirrors and windows of the house with black crepe. Professional "funeral" operators would begin to prepare for this ahead of time as they noted that there were local people nearing death's door. This gave birth to the term, "crepe hanger" to people who are compulsive worriers, anxious about things that have not yet happened. This "tradition" also gave birth to the use of black crepe for the manufacture of ladies’ mourning dresses, men’s hat bands and arm bands, and funeral wreaths

Mothers who are constantly worried and over anxious about their children, husbands etc when they don't get home on time, and in their mind's eye see them in an accident, hospitalized, dead and themselves standing over a gravesite could be considered "crepe hangers."
