its the teens that drink, smoke, and party thinking they are cool all under 18 sometimes if you are walking around dubai or sharjah ESPECIALLY thursday night you will see these "chammaks" and most of the time youwould see kids 12, 13 smoking and maybe even drinking and each city of uae has their own chammaks like sharjah, dubai, abu dhabi, al ain, and rak they usually act tough and all but they are just really annoying people and like 110% of them love travis scott for some reason??? he is basically overrated in the uae.
