The word itself derives from the high quantity of low quality cocaine found in the eastcoast North America in the early 2000's. The granular and low grade texture had customers likening the product to cement. The word also comes from the process of making cocaine itself, in Coloumbia, Bolivia, and the other Cocaine nations, a cement mixer or washing machine is often used to transfer cocaine from leaf to liquid resembling cement. Once the product is exported it is then cut with cement, asprin, baby powder and actual pure cocaine.

Cement Shoes

A game played by one's self or between friends that requires all parties to finish whatever alcoholic beverages they have in their vicinity without standing up. No bathroom breaks are allowed until the beverages are finished, and the end goal of this drinking game is to get so drunk it is almost impossible to stand back up.

A foul, disgusting, horrible, drink made of a shot of lime juice and another shot of Bailey's Irish Cream.

You drink the lime juice first and hold it in your mouth. You then shot the Bailey's and swish them together in your mouth as though you were using mouthwash.

Within several seconds your mouth will be full of a rancidly textured ball of goop (the "cement"). As a straight male I can't vouch for it but it must be similar to having a mouthful of cum. Swallowing it is even worse.

They are so gross that the clown who buys you one of these is lucky if you don't gob it back in his face.
