A male who attempts to seduce his friend's previous lovers. Will go out of his way in any means to peacock himself as a better person, just to snatch up any scraps that might be left. Typically will use social networking as their resource for targets. A genuine bottom-feeder.

Did he really just friend request your wedding date? What a Catfish!

Somebody who uses a fake profile, photos, and personality and pretend to be someone they're not, to fool people or a specific person over social media.

He used the profile of 14yo "Billy" to cover up the fact he was a 50yr old catfish.

Catfish

Catfish are a group of fish that appearance wise usually have cat-like whiskers. They are actually barbers (although some catfish species do not have these). Some species of catfish can grow up to 3 meters while others can only grow up to 3 centimeters. Like many other fish, catfish use sounds created by their swimbladder to communicate with other catfish.

We ate catfish for dinner today.

Catfish

A person that over eats. Their big mouth devours everything infront of them. After eating that excessive amount of food they are typically lethargic and have a swolen stomach and blank stare much like a catfish.

Bob- "Did you just see Jamie after she ate those two footlong philly cheese steaks and that large milkshake with extra whip cream!?"

Dan- "Yeah what a Catfish!!"
