Get the Brown eye openermug. A well-known insult in the Japanese manga and anime world, used on people who wear glasses. The meaning 'Four-eyes' probably came from the two physical eyes the person has, while two more eyes seen on the glasses (one eye on each glass), which makes 'four eyes' in total.
