a sprinkle monster is an individual who injects an acid (lsd)-like substance into the childrens candy, formally known as sprinkles, typically used to add color, and festivity to ice cream. once the drug is injected into the sprinkles, the "sprinkle monster" will then run into the middle of a room, particularly a college class room, and throw the sprinkles in the air for everyone to enjoy.
