When a person joins an IRC channel or game server pissed off about something and starts making threats and demands and asks to see the admins immediately.
Usually about 99% of the time results in said person getting egged on and trolled (or made fun of) by the people in the server, then either them getting banned from the server by an admin or trolled so hard that they ragequit.
