An obscene amount of a certain or any drug to be taken at one time. Could be for recreational or medicinal use. (to picture how much that is, it’s about 300mg of weed edibles, 500ug of acid, 7g of shrooms, 8 shots of 80 proof vodka)

Guy 1: “Yo, I’m gonna take some acid. how much should I do?”

Guy 2: “If you do the David Dose, I’ll do a David Dose of weed.”

Guy 1: “Fuck yeah.”

baby dose

When someone baby doses, it means they're still using drugs, but they're using it in a smaller amount (or claim to be) just to get high occasionally.
