Leadership refers to the quality that a person or collection of people hold in which they command respect and are highly influential. However, leadership has shown to be highly overrated, in accordance with the numerous scandals and failures among leaders themselves. Leadership is frequently questionable and should be critically evaluated. Some psychologist groups argue that the "born leader" also has a lot in common with people who suffer from narcissistic personality tendencies.

Ladera Heights

Ladera Heights is a very rich neighborhood filled with tons of rich black people that don't know what to do with their money. If you are black and live in Ladera Heights, you probably don't even send your children to any school besides places like Brentwood, Marlborough, Archer, Loyola Maramount, and Harvard Westlake. You will mostly see these people hanging out in places like Brentwood and Bel Air. Even if some of them claim their houses aren't large. Don't believe them. They tend to want to believe that they are average black people, when if fact, the arent.

Ladera Heights Dad: Hey, Honey!
L.H. Mom: How was work?
L.H. Dad: Normal. Hey guess what? We are a million dollars richer! Again!
L.H. Mom: Oh yes! I have to go tell Shaquisha.
L.H. Dad: Who's that?
L.H. Mom: I don't know, I just thought it would make me seem more black.
L.H. Dad: Ha! Let's go spend money our spoiled children!

Leader

If you are not your own leader, if your leader is still someone you vote for, or someone you work for, then you're in trouble.

People know the next leader is going to fuck them over like the last one, and yet they keep voting every four years for some reason. Meanwhile they're the same ones trying to tell you that you never learn. A boss is not your leader, a boss is just someone who pays you to do the job you're doing, no more, no less. A president is either the boss of all bosses, or a puppet of the boss of all bosses, depending on who the president is.
