A underhanded provocation tactic.
When one side intentionally calmly says or does things that will make it impossible for the other person to be calm and not snap. Used to generate a justification for attacking your victim, that bystanders will accept and support.

Cleetus: Throws rocks at protected animal
Frasier: What is he doing??
Bob: Ssh! He's hunting by Israel tactic!
Animal: Tries to attack Cleetus
Cleetus: IT'S COMING RIGHT AT US!
*BANG*
Cleetus: Works every time!

A girl (or guy) who uses pictures on their Social Network account that hide how fucking huge they are to trick unsuspecting victims. Done by using clever lighting and angles with the camera.

Guy 1: Did you meet up with that girl from Facebook the other day?
Guy 2: Yeah but it was a disaster, she looked nothing like her pictures, she was HUGE!
Guy 1: Ah, a tactical whale, a horrible trick.
