Suburban Rapunzel

A girl in her late teens or twenties who still lives at home, and spends all of her time locked inside her room posting memes and sad songs from Spotify implying she is extremely depressed or mentally ill.

These women can come across as quirky, approachable, and have no problem making conversation with you or even appearing to be interested in you romantically, but are so committed to role-playing as a helpless princess, that they don't actually want to get better or even leave the house unless absolutely necessary, and have no problem sitting at home, wallowing in their self-inflicted misery and binging on Netflix while their parents pay for everything.

Many (though not all) suffer from personality disorders.
