"Total Blackout" is a term used in a story format when a person gets to the point where they cannot remember anything after getting drunk, pretty much the highest level of being drunk. before this things like talking in weird accent's or bad attempts at flirting, after this waking up with a women you don't know with a massive headache after a one night stand

person 1 : dude I was so drunk, I think I broke some stuff. Don't remember much though since I went into a total blackout after that
person 2 : what happened after
person 1 : next thing I knew I was in an abandoned meat locker

When you want one word to describe being completely fed up and having entirely had enough of whatever is annoying you. Used to imply more emphasis than than the individual words alone can do. Used in a similar way to a-whole-nother or ri-fucking-diculous. This could also be spelt "e-total-nuff" in a less formal and possibly more satisfying manner!

Everyone was being too noisey, I had just had e-total-nough!
