When playing a roleplaying game, this unfortunate malady occurs when a player becomes so attached to their character, that they break the verisimilitude of the game by creating copies of their favored character.
This affliction can present itself in many ways, such as giving other characters the same name with slight variations or creating characters that have the same personality or mannerisms.

Wow, Keev cannot make an original character after Carmine. First, it was Barmine and now Karmine? He must have a pretty severe case of Character Attachment Disorder (CDD).

A combination of a chad and a sweetheart.

Someone that undergoes immense self-sacrifice for the benefit of others in the way that only a chad could ever hope to, or undertaking a costly altruistic task that only a chad is suited for.

Said as a show of affection or to give thanks.
