Is the act used to describe "Lean" the codeine-based cough syrup Opioid, also known by its many street names purple drank, sizzurp, dirty sprite that is intentionally withheld from being "poured up" into someone else's drink. This is considered a highly deceitful and a dangerous act within hood culture; The individual that has received or purchased the lean, believes it has a lot of "pour" when in-fact it does not.

Damm..wtf!! Teejay sold me some cut drank after I paid him almost 1k for a 16oz.
