Get the Common Sensemug. High rise apartment complex off Homer Watson Blvd in Kitchener, Ontario.
The parking is a disaster, if you ever want to have friends over and god-forbid they brought a vehicle and didn't uber... they'll be waiting for an hour during the hours of 6pm to 5am just to park their car since there is only 40 spots for guests in a complex with over 1000 residents. Oh but wait, underground parking for residents is always full too... so you also gotta fight with residents who can't park underground just for a spot in the guest parking. Good luck... I recommend bringing some reading material.
The AC does't turn on until the middle-end of June because they hope someone has to be sent in an ambulance for heat stroke.
If you're a international student you may like it since 95% of the residents are not Canadian citizens.
They do not tell you when you get a roommate. You might have a empty room in the unit for like a week and out of the blue you come home and there is some person sitting on the couch that you do not know using your kitchen towels to clean their feet.
All in all, avoid this place. The positive reviews on facebook and google are either from people who work there or international students who don't expect anything.
The majority of residents are pretty inconsiderate too, if you got your hands full of groceries don't expect anyone to hold a door open for you. The only nice people in this whole dump are the janitors.

Get the Common questions and support documentationmug. . It originally lived on the northeastern coast of Brazil, in the states of Piaui, Paraiba, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Pernambuco, Alagoas, and Bahia.5 Through release (both intentional and unintentional) of captive individuals, it has expanded its range since the 1920s to Southeast Brazil (its first sighting in the wild for Rio de Janeiro was in 1929), where it became an invasive species, raising concerns about genetic pollution of similar species, such as the buffy-tufted marmoset (Callithrix aurita), and predation upon bird nestlings and eggs.6
