Woke

Umbrella term for individuals who are engrossed by social justice and thinks of themselves as saviors with a moral high ground, but remain willfully ignorant to the irrationality of their claims and the problems they create. These individuals give special treatment to certain minorities in hopes of ending racism and perpetuate mental illnesses as the norm.

It has older definitions that meant to be aware of political issues, but that is rarely if ever used anymore today.

"Timmy's teacher tried to convince him at the age of 4 that he can become a girl? Dang she's woke!"

"Black people are being given this job automatically without needing the same qualifications as others!? That's woke!"

"Everything in this show revolves around this overpowered girlboss character who happens to be trans and everything in the story is about how oppressed she is, how evil white people are, and how awesome she is. Nothing can touch and she is never wrong...Woke garbage!"

woke up and chose violence — the act of awakening and greeting the day with absolutely the worst decision that you could possibly make.

And sometimes it is actually violence.

It’s starting the day and performing any action that unalterably changes your life forever.

The people who attacked The Capitol on January 6th 2021 — attacked the symbolic seat of the American people’s power — just woke up and chose violence that day. And, as a result, the ring leaders are receiving long federal prison sentences.

Woke potato 

Woke potato is a person whose mental capacities have been destroyed by ideology. It refers to the slang use of potato as someone being uninteresting, dull or strange. Many social science disciplines produce woke potatoes, for example Feminist studies which cherry pick all evidence which shows women to be marginalized while ignoring all the evidence - especially legal regulations - which show women to be favored.
A characterizing trait of woke potatoes is that they cherry pick their evidence so that it suits their ideology. The worldview of a woke potato is unscientific, subjective but always politically correct.

John: What's Chris up to? I've heard he is studying women studies at University of California?
Michael: Yes, he really changed and he is now this bitter, rambling sob. It's hard to talk to him now.

John: What do you mean?

Michael: Well he lives in this strange echo chamber. He basically ignores all evidence that does not support his worldview and is always rambling about the patriarchy.
John: Sound like he has become a complete woke potato.
Michael: Very true. It's difficult to reach him since he does not accept empirical evidence. It's all about historical injustices and narratives, and of course a lot of cherry picked evidence.

woke up and chose chaos — a corollary to waking up and choosing violence. Waking up and choosing chaos involves beginning your day with an impulsive act that can and does throw your entire existence into disarray.

A common excuse for waking ping up and choosing chaos is: “I just had to speak from ‘my strong place’”.

And then the chaos ensues.

I woke up and chose chaos when I called my wife’s divorce lawyer and told him to do her worst — I dared her!!!!!!

woke nazi 

A SJW that specializes in searching through an entire individuals social media/public history in order to find something that is offensive by today's current woke standards. The age of the offensive comment is irrelevant as the current standards of the day apply backwards for their purpose, even if the comment in question was made years or even decades ago. When something is found that offends a marginalized group the individual is publicly crucified in social media (and the main stream media if possible). The SJW will then use the chance to publicly berate and bully the offender into submission until they conform to their standards of wokeness and receive punishment for their past unreported crimes against humanity.

Bill: "Did you hear Kevin Hart is hosting the Oscars this year?"
Greg: "Guess you haven't heard then, some woke nazi found something offensive he said like 5 years ago and crucified him for it. He stepped down from the gig."
Bill "For something he said 5 years ago, really?"
Greg: "These woke nazi don't care, to them time is irrelevant; even if its 10 years ago it's like you said it yesterday and have to be held accountable by today's standards for anything."

Woke Joke 

A person or organization (whose decision makers are) so intent on appearing to be supportive of "social justice" that any semblance of common sense or critical thinking has been abandoned. Woke Jokes will support any trendy social justice cause or organization, join any demonstration or boycott without considering the facts and circumstances surrounding the incident(s) giving rise to such actions. They view those not participating or simply suggesting more information be obtained prior to acting as misguided.

He sent $1,000 to the organization before even looking at its web page. If he had, he would have learned they are opposed to the type of business he owns--he's a total Woke Joke!!
