When an attempt to park a car in a parking space fails and results in a parking job that is crooked or generally not aligned with the space.

Used as a noun: I just saw a car parked really crooked. It was such a parking fail.
Used as an exclamation after a particularly poor parking attempt: Oh man, parking fail!
