A term you yell out when a friend/acquaintance has a ugly and/or fat girl talking to or flirting with him. The theory is that she's so ugly and/or fat that she has to step it up and chow some ass to make up for her lack of aesthetics.

Mainly for use in bars/clubs.

I yelled, "She'll lick your butt" when the chick with crooked teeth was talking to my friend.

Variation of phrase used when reacting to something interesting or surprising ("well I'll be darned")used in reaction to something that doesn't make all that much sense, or is just stupid.

First guy: "I had to split the gearbox at the seam, opened it up, and there was an old bent roofing nail jamming the bitch"

Second guy: "Well I'll be go to hell"

The emphasis is generally on the word "I'll" and on the first three words "well I'll be".
The final three words are generally said in a softer tone, muttered, or said under one's breath.

Something said in response to a quote or phrase when a sermon or a lecture can easily be made from it and it be accurate to scripture or text. Usually said in church when someone agrees with something the preacher says.

Man 1: "True humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less."
