The first and bestest of all Custodes. He was the first Captain-General of the Adeptus Custodes, aka. God's Banana Janitor's Lord Banana, noted to have the emotions of a withered prune. Has a terminal lack of emotional responses, a few thousand names, the title the Emperor's spear, and a stabby lie-detector on a stick(aka the Apollonian Spear).

Constantin Valdor(and many more names) is exempt from paying his tithes due to the following reason: Captain-General tax evasion.
