Avanomics is about centralizing and seizing control of a budget strictly to the leader of a finance committee.

Avanomics can also be defined as withholding information from shareholders or other interested parties, including those in their own committee in order to secure a financial power hungry spree.

1: I can’t believe this years budget sucks! Nobody got what they wanted.

2: You can blame that on Avanomics.
