Being in denial about why you're not getting any texts for an extended period of time. Often leading to you feeling that something is wrong with your phone and/or turning it off and back on.

Rob: Man, no one's texted me for a while. I'd better turn it off and on.

1) The processes in which someone texts on their phone that his or /her thumbs disturb the air particles causing drastic wind flow subsequently leading to a storm/ hurricane.

2) When someone texts so quick they seem to reply to a text before it comes.
