A nickname for a town in Maryland that borders Washington DC. A very wealthy, highly educated, and urbane suburb; Bethesda is also home to a disproportionately large number of "wiggers", or teenagers who think they are rough.

This unexplained phenomenon in Bethesda manifests itself through its large numbers of teens driving expensive cars, but pretending like they are gangsters or hoods.
