Faux Hardcore

Fake hardcore, also for screamo and metalcore. Taking classic 80's and 90's hardcore, screamo, and metallic hardcore (metalcore), by completely debauching the subgenre(s) from over use of "break downs", unnecessary clean vocals, weak death metal vocals/growls, unoriginal and overused "hardcore attitude" (ranging from tough guy, integrity, and "brotherhood" themed lyrics).

The most hardcore bands ever are like Emmure & Attack! Attack! No man, that's Faux Hardcore....

A red headgear usually worn by hardcore (HxC) kids so when they get kicked in the face at hardcore shows, they can take it off, clean themselves up, and not make a scene.
