Often the female side , usually an attempt to insult one's enemy or sometimes a close friend in a situation which words are barely understandable but have simple meaning. And when in a hurry, if you say nigga fast enough with a your mouth slighty open, the word nigga will sound very much like nekra.

A modern revival of extreme rationalist philosophy which posits that reason and rationality are the only tools capable of determining objective reality. Neorationalism Example: An online community that tries to deduce the principles of a perfect society entirely from first philosophical principles and game theory, dismissing historical examples and sociological data as “corrupted” evidence. They believe pure reason, from an armchair, can blueprint reality.
