“Skelo”- short for skeleton clean: a hospitality term to describe the clean down of an establishment before closing without looking closed, so keeping cleaning at the end to a bare minimum. The skelo clean is genius as it ensures the staff a more efficient exit after work without the drag down of a longer clean.
