The order of this court is unqualified which means that the substituted sentence is effective from 24 November 2017 i.e. the date on which this court's judgment was delivered.”
My response: “What absolute bollocks! This is inconsistent with the SCA’s last two letters of clarification, one saying Oscar was eligible for parole in 2021.”
