The word "Doinker" can be used as an expression of positive surprise or simply as an expression of happiness. It is usually used by the person being surprised, but can also be used by the person surprising the other person.

Other person: "Happy birthday"
You: "Doinker! Thank you very much."

A dinker is a Thinker and also a Doer. Some Dinkers focus more on thinking and others on doing but many split it 50/50.
