When some asshole sends a long overwritten message to you and blocks you in a attempt to cut you off from your friends. This move is typically performed by insecure creeps with no concept of how interpersonal relationships work, let alone a hairbrush. These are also the ones that label people as "toxic" for no reason - loves high horses even when proven wrong

Douchebags who obstruct the view of a hockey game by moving around and getting out of their seats without waiting for the whistle. Most hoc-blocks include first time hockey spectators, drunk assholes, and families with small children (which are the only acceptable hoc-blocks).
