Contrary to it's name, the Wholesome Seal Award is a reddit award mostly given to, not wholesome and heartwarming posts, but the most fucked up things you could imagine.

The Whole Nurks

When you go to the gym and work deltoids, triceps, biceps and forearms. In most cases you drink quad strength coffee before your workout. Nurks can also just be another word for muscles.
