I need to get down to my fighting weight before my next weigh in and PFT (Physical Fitness Test).

A male who is under 200 pounds or 90 kilograms. Generally used to refer to males who could be overpowered and taken advantaged of by other males who are above 200 pounds.
Could also be used as a general statement about a male weighing approximately 140-160 pounds or 60-70 kilograms.

A weight that, if exceeded, prohibits you from shaving your moustache. This serves as punishment and inspiration for meeting goals. Typically associated with weigh/fight trainers.
Damn, Eric hit 175. His moustache weight is 169. He won't be able to shave that molester 'stache until he drops 6 lbs!
