Tully is the guy who can be nice but can also be over the top. He will usually introduce new words from the Urban Dictionary to his friends e.g Simba Tully plays guitar, and likes music that isn't that Justin Beiber pop crap. Tully originates back to Mozambique and has since been spreading the word about Mozambique.
