rtca/etca precisely means to race/ethnicity change to another race ethnicity. eg: white/american to Asian/japanese.
As per usual the typical demographic of rtca/etca’s are 14yr old obese americans who have a undying obsession with japanese ‘kawaii’ culture. Rather then spending that undying effort touching grass, they grasp onto having “trauma” so therefore subject regular civilians with heinous ideas, like this.
