1. A phrase used to express any feelings of satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
2. Short for Quit It Boyz. A well-known rap group of Palatka, Florida that can be found on Myspace.

1. "My friend got his electric bill in the mail and it was $300 and he yelled out 'QUIT IT!'"
2. Guy1: "Have you heard of that sick rap group from Palatka?"
Girl1: "You mean the Quit It Boyz? Hell yeah!"
