A skirt that women wear, typically to work, and it is very tight to the butt and thighs. Most men love to see secretaries or any women in a pencil skirt. It is suggested that women wear a thong with a pencil skirt to avoid panty lines. Possibly the sexiest skirt in existence, except for the really short ones.
