The clean-shaven vagina exhibited by strippers and exotic dancers at strip clubs, and lacking the large protruding labia of older, more wornout women. The panini is often enhanced by carefully-groomed pubic-hair "grill-lines" (e.g. the Brazilian). Technically, the clean panini is the antonym of the "roast beef sandwich."

Palinist

Pejorative term originally used to describe any supporter of former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin. Although originally used by the political left to describe someone with narrow yet oxymoronically undefinable views, the word has since become a blanket term for 'idiot' used by both the political left and right.

"I think healthcare is fine the way it is."
"Oh, well, what specifically do you like about the current system?"
"I dunno."
"You're a freakin' Palinist. Go listen to Rush Limbaugh."
