It is commonly used to describe a person who is a bit on the slow side of things and has a general delayed reaction to most subjects ,especially humour. It originates from the word numpfty

In reality the word actually doesn’t seem that offensive and sort of sounds like something your nan or partner would call you if you were acting the ejet i.e falling down a flight of stairs

numpty diver

A SCUBA diver, usually of Open Water equivalent, or less, certification. They leave their fuckin' gear strewn from one end of the charter boat to the other, enter the water without their mask, air off, still holding their fins, kick the shit out of the coral and anything else nearby, exhibit no bouyancy control, frantically signal OOA after 5 minutes, and generally gob off like they know everything.

A mix of 'nap' and 'dump'. The act of, while taking a dump, falling asleep on the toilet. Often used as a way to have a quick nap at the workplace, by hiding in a bathroom stall to take a nap.
