Nee Nee Papa

The actual correct spelling of the chant of Hetalians. Usually an 'e' gets left out from each "nee" by most Hetalians because they for the love of fuck don't know how Japanese and/or romanization works.

('Ne' is pronounced with less stress, for example, 屋根 'yane' is pronounced with the emphasis on the 'ya' sound, not the 'ne'. If 'ne' is said alone, then it should be pronounced in a curt and kind of blunt manner.
'Nee' is pronounced more strongly, such as in お姉さん 'oneesan', where the dominant sound is that of the vowel 'e'. Said alone, it should be pronounced as exactly how it's pronounced in Marukaite Chikyuu. Also, it is used for catching the attention of someone informally, basically the Japanese equivalent to "hey", so its meaning also fits the context of the song.)
Random Hetalian: "ne ne papa hahahhahaha there is no escape"
Me, an actual Japanese-speaking Hetalian: *sighs quietly while curled up unnoticeably in the corner* "It's 'nee' not 'ne'...
...
But hey, you know what?
Nee nee papa wain wo chōdai
THERE IS NO ESCAPE!"
