1. Used to describe a person or event that fails to fully meet their
potential and/or fails to accomplish its purpose
2. Disappointing, inadequate, insufficient, poor, lame
3. In reference to the term "muggle" used in the Harry Potter books by
JK Rowling, a person who possesses no magical skills or abilities,
hence unable to reach their full 'magical' potential
