A term used to define a person, situation or emotion that is particularly fucking crazy, insane, weird, etc.

"That butt naked bitch outside digging in the trash is kookoo bananas."

"The molly I took at the club last night had me feeling kookoo bananas!"
"My coworkers are all going kookoo bananas after 6pm rolls up but we don't get off till 7..."

Kookooroo

A measure of how fine a person is in the sense of personal or economic well being. The more kookooroos a person has (not to exceed 21) the better off that person is. The average kookooroo count is approximately 17.

In the movie "Get Him to the Greek", P. Diddy, to express how comfortable he was financially relative to his employees who owned "zero" kookooroos mentioned that he had 20 and was corrected with "...21, sir". This is the reason one can not have more than 21 kookooroos; noone is better off than P. Diddy.

I was hurting like a champ last night but I got like 14 kookooroos now.

koolio julio

Basically a new hip way to say "cool." You see, the name "Julio" is used purely for rhyming purposes. It is cool because a) 'koolio' is ironic and hipster and b) 'Julio' rhymes with 'koolio,' and rhyming is cool.

Person A: Hey, I'm gonna go grab some Chinese food.

Person B: Koolio Julio.
