A combination of heinous and horrific. A heinous horrific act is one committed with malice intent by someone with deep seated neuroses issues. A freak accident or disaster that no-one could have predicted is horrific, by causing lots of damage, but only premeditated deliberate acts committed by a heinous individual can be heinorific.

Wearing socks and sandals is heinous, hiking up the price of life saving medicine is heinorific!
