Going to the gym everyday doing the same weight and or same workout with out increasing weight or repetitions; Gyming without care for increasing size or losing weight. Going to the gym just to say your going to the gym.

Someone who thinks they know more about the gym then everyone else. They also have been doing diet and work out plans before these plans were cool and trendy. Gymsters also hate individuals that start going to the gym the day after New Year's Eve the, and only go for two weeks and quit; also known as "New years resolutioners".

" So I started going to this trainer at my gym, and my boyfriend says he has no idea what he's talking about. Gosh, my boyfriend is being such a (Gymsters)."

gymsecurity

Gymsecurity is the feeling of nervousness, embarrassment, and/or shame along with the feeling everyone at the gym is judging you for sucking so bad and being so weak. Mostly experienced by newcomers, anyone can feel gymsecure under the right circumstances.
