Gymsecurity is the feeling of nervousness, embarrassment, and/or shame along with the feeling everyone at the gym is judging you for sucking so bad and being so weak. Mostly experienced by newcomers, anyone can feel gymsecure under the right circumstances.
Bro: This guy was benching 300 and it was totally giving me gymsecurity.
