They don't smoke, but they occasionally drink. They're in bed by 11 PM, and make sure they get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After they have a glass of warm milk they start doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, they usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, they wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. They were told there were no issues at they're last check-up. Im trying to explain that they are a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. They take care not to trouble themself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause them to lose sleep at night. That is how they deal with society, and they know that is what brings them happiness. Although, if they were to fight they wouldn't lose to anyone.
