Meaning cannabis, as opposed to hasj (Dutch spelling).

Fifteen euros (of) wiet please, usually 5 grams.
Sale of no more than 5 grams is sort of tolerated,

An odd comprimise to appease all.

I don't know how you got this far but you took two fingers started with them on q and w and one finger on delete. Then you pressed them alls sat the same time then you moved your fingers 1 key to the right to w and e and repeated this until you reached p and searched it in Urban Dictionary. Because you were so gosh darn bored.
