An idiomatic paradox. When a person does something that is highly unlikely to succeed or completely out of the ordinary.
Person 1: "I heard Jim has to eat 12 burritos in 30 seconds there's no way he can do that!"
Person 2: "Yeah, healing really walkin' in Texas with this one!"
